Job Role: Customer Service Executive - PNB (PayNearby)
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)
Proficiency in Hindi and English
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide support
Ensure timely and accurate issue resolution
Maintain quality service and customer satisfaction
Shift Details:
9-hour rotational shifts (7:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
Weekly Off: Rotational
Salary: ₹14,500 (in-hand)
