Job Description for Customer Service Representative- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Designation: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Experience:Fresher or upto 4 years of experience
Qualification:HSC Fresher/GraduatesProcess: Inbound Process (Example-Urban Clap in India)
Shift Timings: US 24/7 Rotational Shifts with any 8 hours working hours (7 hours working with 1 hour break).
