Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for leading Airlines and Banking processes. The role involves handling customer queries through calls, emails, or chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions professionally

Assist customers with queries related to airline bookings, banking services, accounts, transactions, or service requests

Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards

Ensure timely resolution and excellent customer experience

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum education: 12th Pass

Age: 18 – 37 years

Both male and female candidates can apply

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Basic English communication skills required
