Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with experience in the NBFC/financial services sector to manage customer queries, loan-related support, and service requests. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, understanding of NBFC products (loans/EMI/collections), and the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to loan inquiries, EMI details, repayment schedules, and account status.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Operations, Collections) for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/system.
- Assist customers with documentation and KYC-related queries.
- Follow up on pending cases and ensure closure within defined TAT.
- Ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC guidelines and internal policies.
- Support customer retention initiatives and service quality improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customer interactions.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience handling loan servicing or collections process.
- Understanding of KYC documentation and loan lifecycle.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai or nearby locations preferred.
