Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with experience in the NBFC/financial services sector to manage customer queries, loan-related support, and service requests. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, understanding of NBFC products (loans/EMI/collections), and the ability to handle customer concerns efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to loan inquiries, EMI details, repayment schedules, and account status.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Credit, Operations, Collections) for issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/system.
  • Assist customers with documentation and KYC-related queries.
  • Follow up on pending cases and ensure closure within defined TAT.
  • Ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC guidelines and internal policies.
  • Support customer retention initiatives and service quality improvement.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services (mandatory).
  • Good knowledge of loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple customer interactions.
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.



 

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience handling loan servicing or collections process.
  • Understanding of KYC documentation and loan lifecycle.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Candidates residing in Navi Mumbai or nearby locations preferred.
