Job Role: Customer Support Executive (Experian)


Job Description:

Experian is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its customer service team. The role involves handling customer queries, ensuring the security of customer data, and providing timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through appropriate communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information and effective resolutions to customer issues.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of customer data at all times.
  • Maintain professional communication and deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Record and document customer interactions as required.
  • Follow company policies and service standards while handling customer requests.

Shift Timing:

  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM to 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Sunday fixed off

Qualification:

  • Minimum HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate)

Skills Required:

  • Good English communication skills
  • Customer handling and problem-solving ability
  • Basic computer knowledge

Salary:

  • ₹16,800 in-hand
  • ₹22,000 CTC
