Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: [Navi Mumbai]

Department: Operations / Customer Service

Employment Type: Full-time


Candidates who can communicate fluently in English, Hindi, and South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) will be preferred.


  • Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Communicate clearly in English, Hindi, and any South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam).
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively.
  • Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the CRM system.
  • Follow process scripts and quality guidelines during every interaction.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction on every call.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.


  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Fluency in any South Indian language (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam) is mandatory.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve performance goals.
