Job Details:

• Positions Available: 150
• Experience: Freshers (60%) & Experienced (40%)
• Salary:
• Freshers: ₹16,000 in-hand (PF + Health Insurance)
• Experienced: ₹21,000 in-hand (PF + Health Insurance)
• Salary Appraisal: Twice a year
• Excellent Communication
• Age Limit: Up to 33 years
• Work Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM / 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Alternate Saturdays off

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to promote mutual fund products
• Explain financial products to customers
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable options
• Maintain records and follow up with customers
• Achieve sales targets

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills
• Basic financial knowledge (preferred)
• Goal-oriented
• Hindi, English, or regional language proficiency is a plus

Interview Process:

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Time: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
