Job Description
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused professionals for our International Customer Support with Upselling Process. The role involves handling inbound customer queries for international clients while identifying opportunities to upsell relevant products or services, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring first-call resolution.
- Identify customer needs and promote relevant products/services through soft or cross-selling techniques.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and ongoing offers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and international quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve individual and team performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and upselling targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
Minimum qualification:
- HSC / Graduate with at least 6 months of International BPO experience.
- Prior experience in International Voice / Customer Support / Sales or Upselling process preferred.
- Strong persuasion, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:💰Upto ₹33,000 (in-hand)
- Shifts & Working Days:24x7 Rotational Shifts
- 2 Rotational Weekly Offs
