Customer Support Executive

*Job Description* – Fraud Containment Unit (FCU)

 *Position* : Fraud Containment Unit Executive

 *Experience Required* : 1+ years in Fraud Operations / Fraud Risk / Transaction Monitoring

 *Shift* : Day Rotational Shift

 *Week Off:* 1 Rotational Week Off

 *Salary* : ₹32,000 Gross per month

 *Role & Responsibilities* 

* Monitor and analyze financial transactions to identify suspicious or potentially fraudulent activities.

* Investigate alerts related to card fraud, online fraud, UPI fraud, and other digital transaction risks.

* Perform customer verification through outbound calls or system checks to validate transactions.

* Take immediate preventive actions such as blocking cards/accounts to minimize financial losses.

* Maintain accurate documentation and case records as per internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

* Coordinate with internal teams (Risk, Operations, Compliance) for timely fraud resolution.

* Ensure adherence to defined Turnaround Time (TAT), quality standards, and SOPs.

* Prepare MIS reports and update fraud cases in internal system
