Job Description
📞 Hiring: Inbound Voice Executive | Airoli
📍 Location: Airoli
🎓 Eligibility: Graduation mandatory
💼 Experience: Fresher or minimum 1 year in Voice Customer Service
⏰ Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 10 hrs)
📆 Working Days: 5 days | 2 rotational week offs
📘 Training: 1 fixed week off
📝 Role:
Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries & complaints efficiently.
💰 Salary: ₹17.7K – ₹19.7K (In-hand)
🗣 Linguistic Allowance:
• Fresher – ₹23.8K
• Experience – ₹26.8K
⚠️ Note: All educational & experience documents are mandatory for BGV.
