Job Role: Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries professionally
  • Ensure data privacy and security
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions
  • Maintain service quality standards

Work Schedule:

  • Shift Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM / 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday fixed off

Eligibility:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
  • Good communication skills in English

Salary:

  • ₹16,800 In-hand
  • ₹22,000 CTC
