Roles & Responsibility

Respond to customer queries through email and chat.

Provide solutions and support quickly.

Keep records of conversations.

Escalate issues if needed.

Ensure customer satisfaction with good communication.

Eligibility Criteria 

Education Qualification - Graduation mandatory

Age - 18 to 35

Gender - Male / Female

Excellent Communication skills 

Good Services

Typing speed and accuracy

 Problem-solving ability

 Patience and empathy

 Basic knowledge of products/services

 Multitasking and time management

 Handling customer queries professionally

 Attention to detail

Shift timing : 8am to 8pm ( 9hrs shift)

Rotational week off

Salary - Max Budget - 28k gross( Depends upon your last withdrawn and documents)
