Work Mode: work from office

Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

Shift Duration: 10 hours

Working Days: 5 days working

Weekly Off: 2 rotational week offs

About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role involves managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

This is a pure customer service role — no sales, no targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
  • Resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and update the system accordingly.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Key RequirementsGood communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to handle customer calls with patience and confidence.
  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work rotational week offs.
  • Positive attitude and customer‑centric mindset.
