Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM)
Shift Duration: 10 hours
Working Days: 5 days working
Weekly Off: 2 rotational week offs
About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role involves managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
This is a pure customer service role — no sales, no targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and update the system accordingly.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Key RequirementsGood communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to handle customer calls with patience and confidence.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Willingness to work rotational week offs.
- Positive attitude and customer‑centric mindset.
