Customer Support Executive

*Job Summary*:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive for our Non-Voice (Email & Chat) process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through email and chat, ensuring timely and efficient resolution while maintaining high service standards.

*Key Responsibilities*:

Respond promptly to customer queries received via email and chat.

Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and resolved within defined timelines.

Provide accurate information and solutions based on customer requirements.

Maintain quality and consistency in written communication.

Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously with efficiency.

Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

*Eligibility Criteria*:

Graduation is mandatory (any discipline).

Excellent written communication skills in English.

Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

Prior experience in customer support (non-voice) is preferred but not mandatory.

*Shift Timings*:

Flexible to work between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

9-hour shift (including breaks) is compulsory
