Customer support manager
process : 100% voice | inbound & outbound
job responsibilities
handle customer queries and concerns over calls
provide accurate information and resolution
ensure excellent customer experience
good communication skills
experience inbound and outbound calls (fresher can apply)
fresher 16000(in hand) CTC 2.50 LPA
experience up to 30000 (in hand) CTC 4.1 LPA
salary depends on years of experience and last drawn CTC
shifting timings (9.5 hrs shift -rotational)
male candidates:
between 7:00 am - 12:30 am(night shifts 24x7)
female candidates:
between 7:00 am - 8:30 pm (any 9:30 hrs shift) rotational
weeks offs
5 days working
2 days rotational week offs
