Job Title: FCU Executive (Calling Process)

Department: Fraud Control Unit

Location: Airoli

Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: All Saturdays & Sundays


Job Description:

We’re hiring for the FCU department. The role involves making verification calls to customers, monitoring transactions, and identifying potential frauds. Candidates should have prior experience in a calling process, good communication skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:


Make verification calls to customers.


Monitor and review suspicious transactions.


Ensure accuracy and maintain call records.


Coordinate with internal teams for fraud prevention.


Requirements:


Experience in calling or customer service process.


Good communication in English and Hindi.


Basic computer knowledge.
