Job Description
Call UPI merchants to resolve issues related to POS, Sound Box, Static QR, and Standee
Handle escalations shared by Relationship and Sales teams
Understand merchant problems and raise CRM tickets based on feedback
Guide merchants to submit required documents and invoice copies
Provide basic support and coordination to ensure issue resolution
Shift Time: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Week Off: 1 fixed + 1 rotational
