Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels (email, live chat, phone, and social media) in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle a range of customer concerns including order inquiries, product information, shipping, returns, and technical issues.
- Provide clear, accurate, and effective solutions tailored to the needs of international customers, taking into account regional differences and requirements.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to website navigation, product selection, and payment processing.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in line with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Work collaboratively with other departments such as Logistics, Marketing, and IT to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or department.
- Offer feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of processes, systems, and customer service practices.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team culture with a customer-first mentality.
