Roles & Responsibility –

 

Position Details – Customer Representative

·        Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

·        Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently

·        Provide accurate information about products and services

·        Maintain records of customer interactions and update systems regularly

·        Follow up with customers to ensure query resolution and satisfaction

·        Meet daily/weekly performance targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction

 

Please Note –

·        Woking days – Monday to Saturday

·        Working time – 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
