Process: Customer Support Executive - Airline Process (Voice Process)
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Eligibility: HSC & Above | Versant 4 Mandatory
Experience: Freshers Eligible | 6 Months Preferred
Shift:
- Male: Rotational (24x7)
- Female: Day Shift (Till 8 PM)
Week Off: Rotational
Salary: Upto ₹24,000 In-hand
- Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via voice calls
- Provide accurate information and resolution
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and call quality
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
