Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice) - Akasa Airlines


Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) or above

Versant Level 4 mandatory

Freshers can apply; candidates with up to 6 months of experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and provide support via voice calls

Ensure high-quality customer service and issue resolution

Maintain professionalism and effective communication at all times

Shift Details:

Male candidates: Rotational shifts (24x7)

Female candidates: Day shifts (up to 8:00 PM)

Weekly Off: Rotational

Salary: Up to ₹24,000 (in-hand)

Note: Candidates should have good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
