Job Description:

Position: Customer Care Executive (Inbound)

Location: Reliable Tech park, Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Qualification : Graduation with Good English Communication

Fresher or experience both are welcome.

Graduation is Mandatory

Salary – 17.7K-22K Per Month

Linguistics - Fresher 23.8k / Exp. - 26.8K

Shift time

8am to 8pm(any 10hrs)

5 days working, 2 Rotational week offs(1 week off in training)

Key Responsibilities:

Answer the Customers calls and resolve their Queries.

Answering questions about a company’s products or services

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively 

Delivering information about a company’s products and offerings

Handling customer complaints
