Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow the online presence of our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and improving our brand visibility across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Google Business Profile for better ranking and reviews

• Run and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to generate leads

• Handle and grow Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts

• Create engaging reels, videos, and posts related to real estate properties

• Perform photo and video shooting & editing for property marketing

• Develop creative marketing strategies to generate buyer leads

• Respond to inquiries and manage online messages/comments

• Improve online reputation by managing client reviews and feedback

• Track campaign performance and optimize ads for maximum ROI

Required Skills:

• Experience in Google Ads & Facebook/Instagram Ads

• Knowledge of Google Business Profile SEO & ranking

• Good skills in video editing, photo editing, and reel creation

• Knowledge of lead generation strategies

• Experience with Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing tools

• Basic understanding of real estate marketing is a plus

Preferred Candidate:

• Creative mindset and marketing knowledge

• Good communication skills

• Ability to generate and convert online leads

• Experience in real estate digital marketing is preferred

Salary: Based on experience + Performance incentives for leads generated
