Digital Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital platforms, lead generation strategies, and real estate marketing trends.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts with engaging posts, reels, and property showcases.
• Create and monitor Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing) to generate qualified property leads.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Handle email and WhatsApp marketing for property promotions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversion tracking.
• Manage website updates, landing pages, and online listings on property portals (e.g., MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com).
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and prepare reports.
• Develop creative marketing content – blogs, ads, videos, and infographics for real estate projects.
• Stay updated with the latest digital trends and competitor activities in the real estate sector.
