We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage the company's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, promoting the company’s maritime services, enhancing online brand visibility, and growing our audience across various social media platforms.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage daily posting and content creation for all social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
• Design, schedule, and post promotional and informative content related to shipping operations, crew recruitment, achievements, events, and merchant navy industry news.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, messages, and comments professionally.
• Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, leads, and conversions; prepare monthly social media reports.
• Coordinate with the HR, and operations teams for relevant updates and announcements.
• Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns when required.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices, especially in the maritime sector.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong understanding of different social media platforms, content formats, and digital trends.
• Basic graphic design (Canva, Photoshop), and video editing (optional but an advantage).
• Basic understanding of maritime operations or willingness to learn quickly.
• Additional Skills (Preferred):SEO basics for content optimization.
• Knowledge of social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
