Job Description โ Digital Marketing Head
Industry: Real Estate
Reporting To: Management / Director
Role Summary
The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads, enhance brand visibility, and support sales for real estate projects. The role requires strong expertise in Meta Ads, PR, and performance-driven digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Align marketing campaigns with sales targets and project launches.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
2. Performance Marketing (Meta & Paid Campaigns)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and other paid platforms.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, and lead quality metrics.
- Coordinate with sales for lead tracking and conversion optimization.
3. Lead Generation & CRM Coordination
- Drive quality lead generation through digital channels.
- Ensure proper lead funnel management and CRM integration.
- Analyze lead sources and improve conversion rates.
4. Public Relations (PR) & Brand Management
- Plan and execute PR activities for project launches and corporate branding.
- Coordinate with PR agencies, media houses, and digital publications.
- Manage brand reputation across digital platforms and portals.
5. SEO, SEM & Website Management
- Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
- Manage SEM campaigns for project-specific keywords.
- Ensure website optimization, landing page performance, and lead forms.
6. Social Media & Content Marketing
- Plan and manage social media calendars for projects and corporate branding.
- Oversee content creation (creatives, videos, reels, blogs).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
7. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
8. Team & Agency Management
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers.
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.
Required Skills & Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads & performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, content & analytics.
- Experience in PR and brand-building activities.
- Knowledge of real estate portals (99acres, Magicbricks, Housing, etc.) is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
