Job Description

A Digital Marketing Manager plans, executes, and optimizes online marketing campaigns across various channels like social media, email, SEO, and PPC to drive brand awareness, leads, and engagement. Key responsibilities include creating content, analyzing campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, reporting on ROI and KPIs, managing budgets, and staying current with digital trends to improve strategies.  


Core responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning: Develop and implement both short-term and long-term digital marketing strategies and campaigns. 
  • Campaign execution: Manage and execute campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising (PPC). 
  • Content creation: Create and manage content for digital channels, including social media posts and email campaigns. 
  • Performance analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all campaigns, focusing on key metrics like ROI and KPIs. Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and user behavior. 
  • Budget management: Develop and monitor campaign budgets. 
  • Team collaboration: Work with other teams (like design and content) to ensure cohesive messaging and collaborate on new ideas. 
  • Trend research: Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and consumer behaviors, and implement new strategies as needed. 
  • Vendor management: Manage relationships with external agencies or third-party vendors. 
  • Team handling: Responsible for managing and motivating a team to meet targets and ensure smooth daily operations.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in SEO, SEM (including platforms like Google Ads), and content marketing is essential. 
  • Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze data to gain insights and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Creativity: Creativity is needed to develop compelling content and campaigns. 
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary, both for creating content and for collaborating with teams and presenting results. 
  • Leadership and management: Experience in leading a team, managing budgets, and collaborating with senior management. 
  • Problem-solving: The ability to solve problems and make quick, sensible decisions.
