About the Role:

We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Digital Media Manager to lead our social media presence and e-commerce performance. You’ll be responsible for building brand love, scaling digital campaigns, and driving online sales across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute 360° digital marketing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

• Plan and manage ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Influencer collaborations).

• Manage and grow brand presence on marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, etc.).

• Coordinate photoshoots, content calendars, reels, and influencer-driven content.

• Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to drive ROAS and conversions.

• Stay ahead of skincare trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing and e-commerce.

• Proven success in managing D2C beauty/skincare or lifestyle brands.

• Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, and analytics.

• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for design, copy, and audience behavior.

• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Shopify, Google Analytics, and Canva.

• Familiarity with AI-based content tools and automation
