DIGITAL SALES EXECUTIVE | ICICI LOMBARD VASHI | OUTBOND / TELESALES |

Key Requirements:

• Relevant Experience letter from previous sales role.
• Graduation mandatory
• 6+ Month proven track record in Outbound sales.
• Superb verbal communication - confident, clear & persuasive

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to convert them into policy sales
• Understand customer needs quickly and pitch the perfect insurance products( health, Motor, Travel & more).
• Explain product features, benefits, and coverage in an engaging way to close deals
• Achieve & exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales target - top performers ear big incentives.
• Handle objects smartly, build instant rapport, and create long-term customer relationships.
• Earn attractive incentives & performance bonuses on top of fixed salary - unlimited earning potential.

Working Timings & Perks:

Shift Timing:- 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM

5 days working | 2 days Rotational Week off |
