Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Digital Sales Executives to join our growing insurance sales team. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell insurance products to potential customers, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and convert leads into sales.

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information clearly and confidently.

• Promote and explain insurance products to meet customer needs.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned.

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance and meet organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent fluency in English (verbal and written).

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

• Prior experience in insurance or tele sales preferred, but freshers with good communication are welcome.

• Positive attitude, target-driven, and ability to handle rejections professionally.
