Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage, optimize, and grow our online sales channels. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for overseeing online product listings, developing sales strategies, managing promotional campaigns, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce platforms, along with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Platform Management:
• Manage and optimize product listings on platforms like ETSY, Amazon, eBay, and other relevant marketplaces.
• Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and imagery are up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for search visibility (SEO).
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain an attractive and engaging online storefront.

• Digital Marketing & SEO:
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility of e-commerce platforms.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others, to boost traffic and sales.

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Conduct regular performance analysis and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
• Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or other relevant platforms to track and improve performance.

• Inventory & Order Management:
• Collaborate with the operations and fulfilment teams to manage stock levels, order processing, and ensure timely delivery.
• Implement strategies to prevent stockouts, overstocking, or delays in the supply chain.

• Customer Experience & Support:
• Work with the customer service team to ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
• Monitor and improve the online shopping experience, ensuring user-friendly navigation, fast page loading times, and a secure checkout process.

• Promotions & Sales Campaigns:
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal sales to boost revenue.
• Coordinate with marketing and content teams to create promotional content and ads that align with the overall brand strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms marketplaces (e.g., ETSY Amazon, eBay).
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and paid digital advertising.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like MailChimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HTML/CSS and website maintenance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management tools.
• Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
