We are a fast-growing skincare brand committed to delivering high-quality products and an exceptional online shopping experience. We’re looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to handle our online sales and manage our presence across multiple e-commerce platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and sales performance on all e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.) and our own website.
• Plan and execute growth strategies to boost online sales and brand visibility.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams for campaigns, offers, ads, and new launches.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic, conversion rates, and marketplace trends to improve performance.
• Handle customer queries, reviews, and ensure a smooth buyer experience.
• Liaise with marketplace account managers and service partners to resolve issues and maximize results.
• Stay updated on the latest e-commerce tools, policies, and trends.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce sales/operations.
• Solid understanding of major Indian e-commerce marketplaces and their seller dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with listing management, ads, and analytics.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
