We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined Equity Dealer responsible for trade execution, order placement, client coordination, and account opening support. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Equity and Futures & Options (F&O) markets, along with the ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced market conditions.

• Key Responsibilities1. Trade Execution & Order PlacementExecute buy/sell orders in Equity, Futures & Options (F&O) segments
• Ensure accurate and timely order placement as per client instructions
• Handle market, limit, stop-loss, and other order types
• Monitor live market movements and manage active positions
• Maintain proper trade records and confirmations
• 2. Futures & Options (F&O) HandlingExecute and monitor F&O trades including intraday and positional trades
• Track margin requirements, MTM (Mark-to-Market), and risk exposure
• Assist in rollover, square-off, and expiry management
• Understand and track option chain, open interest (OI), and volumes
• Support basic execution of hedging and simple option strategies

• 3. Client Coordination & SupportCoordinate with clients for trade instructions and confirmations
• Handle client queries related to trades, holdings, and margins
• Provide basic market updates (execution support, not advisory)
• Ensure smooth communication between client and advisory team

• 4. Account Opening & OnboardingAssist clients with Demat & Trading account opening process
• Ensure KYC documentation is complete and compliant
• Coordinate with operations team for onboarding
• Follow up on pending account opening cases

• 5. Compliance & Risk ManagementAdhere to SEBI and exchange regulations
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trail for all transactions
• Monitor risk exposure and ensure compliance with margin requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of client data

• 6. Reporting & OperationsMaintain daily trade logs and execution reports
• Coordinate with back-office for reconciliation and settlements
• Support RM/advisory team in trade execution
• Ensure timely completion of all operational tasks
• Skills & RequirementsStrong understanding of Equity & Derivatives (F&O) markets
• Knowledge of Options (Call, Put, Strike Price, Premium, Expiry)
• Familiarity with Option Chain, Open Interest (OI), and margin concepts
• Experience with trading platforms (Zerodha, Angel, etc.)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work efficiently during market hours
• QualificationsGraduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)
• NISM Series VIII – Equity Derivatives Certification (Preferred)

Requirement Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Futures & Options (F&O) trading is essential.
