We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant who can support management and help streamline day-to-day business activities.


Role Overview


The Executive Assistant will work closely with the proprietors and senior staff to manage administrative, coordination, and operational tasks. This is an on-site role that requires strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced wholesale environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative support to owners and senior management
  • Manage daily schedules, reminders, and follow-ups
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication with clients, vendors, and transporters
  • Maintain records related to orders, invoices, payments, and stock coordination
  • Assist in preparing basic reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, and sales teams
  • Ensure files, paperwork, and digital records are organised and up to date
  • Support daily office operations and help improve workflow efficiency


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Graduate (preferred, but not mandatory with relevant experience)
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role
  • Comfortable with MS Excel, Word, email, and basic billing software
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (local language skills are a plus)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Willingness to work on-site and be actively involved in daily business operations
