Commercial Property / Facility Management:

₹5LPA – ₹6 LPA

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain electrical systems and infrastructure in commercial office buildings / co-working spaces.

* Oversee facility operations including electrical maintenance, DG sets, UPS systems, lighting, and power distribution.

* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility maintenance and repairs.

* Ensure preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and building infrastructure.

* Monitor energy usage, electrical safety, and regulatory compliance.

* Handle administrative responsibilities related to facility management, including vendor coordination, service contracts, and documentation.

* Supervise housekeeping, security, and other facility services in coordination with administration teams.

* Address tenant / client facility requirements and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.

* Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and facility infrastructure.

* Maintain technical documentation, service records, and maintenance reports.

Administration & Leadership
