1. Telemarketing Executive - 2

Preferred: Female candidates With pleasing Voice and Sales etiquettes Training will be provided

Experience: Experienced candidates would be given Preference. Interns and Freshers are also Welcome.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Call business owners and introduce Global Mandee platform and services
• Explain B2B classified and advertisement plans
• Collect business ads and listings for the platform
• Follow up with interested clients and maintain records
• Solve Existing Clients Doubts and Enquiries.

Requirements:

• Age: 18 to 45 / 50 years
• Basic English communication skills
• Fluency in Marathi and Hindi (English added advantage)
• Confident, polite, and hard-working

2. Field Executives - 3

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Visit shops, offices, markets, and business locations
• Onboard businesses and collect B2B ads/classifieds
• Promote Global Mandee services offline
• Coordinate with office and telecalling team

Requirements:

• Age: 18 to 45 years
• Own two-wheeler preferred - Fixed Petrol Conveyance will be paid.
• If not available, conveyance allowance / railway pass will be provided
• Good communication and local area knowledge

3. Digital Marketing Executive-1

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Promote Global Mandee on digital platforms
• Create and manage ads on:
• Google Ads
• Facebook & Instagram
• Meta Ads
• SEO keyword research and optimization
• Content writing for ads, posts, and listings
• Daily posting of ads and content on the website
• Monitor campaign performance and engagement

Requirements:

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword strategy
• Ability to create ads and write promotional content
• Creative and result-driven mindset
