Job Description
- Talking with clients on the phone
- Responding to new enquiries and spares requirements, as directed by the superior
- Thoroughly comprehending their requirement
- Assuring them of what is feasible to supply
- Explain why a demand cannot be met
- Visiting their sites if required, anywhere within India
- Negotiating politely and successfully
- Converting requirement to order
- Paying sales visits
- Developing new clients
- Corresponding by email to the clients, if required
- Coordination between marketing, sales, stores & purchase team and manufacturing team to ensure on time delivery.
