Job Summary:The Finance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of accounting principles.

• Key Responsibilities:Maintain books of accounts and ensure timely data entry in accounting software (e.g., Tally Solutions, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer).
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax).
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits..
• Maintain proper documentation and support in management reporting.
• 1–5 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally) .
• Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards and taxation.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Preferred:Experience in managing GST filings, TDS returns, and statutory audits.
• Exposure to ERP-based accounting systems.
