• Key Roles & Responsibilities:Contact customers via telephone to promote insurance services
• Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
• Handle and resolve customer queries
• Follow up with customers after initial interaction
• Maintain customer and transaction records
• Schedule appointments for sales team
• Skills Required:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in sales, marketing, telemarketing or promotions
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
• Ability to handle customer conversations confidently
