Ensure drivers follow company SOPs, uniform, and vehicle cleanliness standards

Maintain trip records, driver attendance, and duty logs

Share trip details with customers and internal team

Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions

Coordinate for fuel, toll, parking, and route planning when required

Ensure proper closure of trips (documents, photos, billing details, feedback)
