Job Summary

Maintain, diagnose, repair, and install fuel dispensers, point-of-sale fueling systems, and related equipment at service stations, convenience stores, and fleet fueling sites to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair fuel dispensers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, meters, card readers, and associated electronics.
• 
  
• Perform routine preventive maintenance: calibrations, filter changes, seal and gasket replacements, lubrication, and cleaning.
• Install new dispensers and retrofit or upgrade existing units (mechanical, electrical, and software).
• Test and calibrate meters and flow rates to meet regulatory accuracy requirements; complete required documentation.
• Diagnose and repair underground and aboveground piping and leak detection components in coordination with authorized contractors (as applicable).
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS integration, telemetry, and remote monitoring systems.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies (fuel leaks, dispenser malfunctions) and follow proper environmental and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate service records, parts inventory, and job completion reports.
• Advise customers and site managers on repair needs, replacement options, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certificate in HVAC, electrical, electronics, or similar preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience servicing fuel dispensers, pumps, or related fuel-handling equipment (or equivalent mechanical/electrical service experience).
• Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record for service calls.
