Hardware & Network Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, hardware maintenance, network troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth IT operations for our clients across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Manage and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
• Perform regular system health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Provide on-site support at client locations across Mumbai as per requirements.
• Set up and configure LAN/WAN networks.
• Monitor and maintain network performance.
• Install and troubleshoot antivirus and security applications.
• Maintain documentation of service calls and issue resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in computer hardware and networking support.
• Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware components and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP, and basic network infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows OS installation, configuration, and support.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai for on-site support.
