Healthcare Advisor

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychosocial support to patients coping with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses
• Counsel patients post-discharge to track health progress and offer guidance
• Enroll new patients into the system during inbound calls

Skills Required:

• Strong communication & active listening skills
• Empathy and passion for patient care

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical/Medico/Biology background (Paramedics, Clinical Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Nutritionists preferred)

Languages:

• English & Hindi (mandatory)
• Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam (added advantage)
