Position: Health Care Coach - Voice Process

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychosocial support to patients dealing with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to patients post-discharge to monitor health status
• Counsel patients and caregivers to help manage recovery and ongoing treatment
• Enroll new patients into the HEAPS system upon inbound calls

Required Skills:

• Exellent English communication skills
• Strong active listening and counseling abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive health-related conversations professionally

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical / Medical / Biology background
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Paramedics
• Clinical Psychologists
• Physiotherapists
• Dietitians / Nutritionists
• Allied healthcare professionals

Language Requirement:

• English & Hindi Mandatory
• Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam Preferred

Salary & Benefits: ₹25,000 Inhand
