Hotel Manager(Meerut, Mumbai,Delhi,Lucknow)

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management

• Oversee daily operations of the Hotel/Hospitals to ensure smooth functioning and high standards of service.
• Manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other hotel departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hotel standards, and legal regulations.

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead, train, and mentor department heads and staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Foster a culture of guest satisfaction, teamwork, and professionalism.

Financial & Performance Management

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial targets.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and departmental performance.
• Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Guest Experience & Quality Control

• Maintain high standards of guest services and ensure timely resolution of guest complaints.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Innovate and implement initiatives to enhance the overall guest experience.

Key Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a Hotel Manager.
• Must have worked in 4-star or higher category hotels.
• Proven track record in managing hotel operations and achieving business targets.
