Job Description
- Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to HR managers and staff, including maintaining employee records, managing HR databases, and preparing reports.
- Recruitment Assistance: Help facilitate the hiring process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions
