Role & Responsibilities of-

Taking care of onboarding, joining Formalities, Documentation, etc. For successful joining of candidates Reviewing resumes & applications.

Conducting first round & telephonic interviews for the candidates for schedule interviews

Working with recruitment agencies to source for candidate for specific job position

Manage employee leaves

Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements

Monitor internal HR system and databases

Cultivate a supportive workplace
