We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Recruiter Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for BPO voice and non-voice processes.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO recruitment preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of job portals and recruitment tools
