HR Executive

We are hiring a candidate to manage daily human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee relations. They ensure compliance with labor laws, implement HR policies, and manage employee records, acting as a bridge between management and employees to foster a positive workplace culture.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates, and manage the full hiring process.

Onboarding & Documentation: Manage new hire inductions, document collection, and background verification.

Payroll & Benefits: Coordinate payroll inputs, manage compensation, and handle employee benefits administration.

Employee Relations & Compliance: Address grievances, ensure compliance with labor laws, and maintain company policy.

Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process and assist in employee training.

Exit Management: Handle resignation processes and conduct exit interviews. 

HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for conflict resolution and employee engagement.

Organization: Highly organized, with experience handling confidential records.

Software Skills: Proficiency with Tally & Excel
