Position Title: HR Generalist (male)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Job Type: Full-Time


Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and skilled HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at our Zirakpur Head Office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of HR processes, and hands-on experience in employee engagement, compliance, documentation, and policy implementation. This role requires a professional with strong organizational abilities and a minimum of 5 years of HR experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Generalist Functions

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR activities, including confirmations and exits.
  • Conduct grievance handling with professionalism and maintain healthy employee relations.
  • Address employee issues tactfully while ensuring discipline and adherence to policy.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs, celebrations, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and internal databases.
  • Conduct screening, shortlisting, and scheduling of interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads and hospital management regarding manpower requirements.


Email Communication & Professional Correspondence

  • Draft, review, and send professional emails to employees, managers, and departments.
  • Maintain communication quality with accurate tone, clarity, and company-approved standards.
  • Ensure timely responses to HR-related email queries.
  • Prepare official announcements, notices, circulars, and internal communication mails.
  • Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and confidentiality of all HR documents (soft & hard copies).
  • Maintain error-free documentation aligned with compliance and audit requirements.

 

Key Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (mandatory).
  • Strong email drafting and documentation ability.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and engagement practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related fields (preferred).
